Ali Rezaei has completed his studies M.A.Sc in Nano Biotechnology at Shahid Beheshti University with high honors. His academic research encompassed nanomaterials, various synthesis techniques, material characterization, polymer nanocomposites, and super absorbent polymers with an overall objective to design high-performance bio-based materials. Ali has successfully conducted research projects and published patents and articles in a variety of high-impact-factor peer-reviewed journals. He has research experience as a research assistant in the nanobiotechnology laboratory of Shahid Beheshti University, where he has been engaged in the field of research and development of applied nanocomposite materials. He has been elected as the best researcher at Shahid Beheshti University in 2022.

Dr. Ali Farokhinia has successfully completed his Ph.D. in Pure Mathematics Operator Theory at Tarbiyat Modares University, Tehran, Iran. He has several years of experience in the field of Supply chain, negotiations, networking, etc. Also, He has many records in the field of importing and supplying raw materials in the field of medicine and health and hopes to bring her experience, knowledge, and problem-solving skills to a growing and impactful company like Polyean technology.
